@love2debate & @billpassed , you're on target here but it's not "Like" making a charity for criminals, it "Is" making a charity for criminals.  The moment you cross the border into a country that maintains laws that make it illegal to do so...you become a criminal.  Every minute you remain in that country against the laws of that land accounts for the amount of time you spent breaking that law.  None of our other laws are up for debate when it comes to those who break them but for some reason there's this idea that it's acceptable to write out a Pass for those that are breaking this one...baffling.
